Ready to start the next chapter in your career journey? You’re in the right place. We’re always happy to hear from people who are eager to learn and grow, and share our values. Welcome home.
Hi there, potential future teammate!
We are happy that you found your way to us. As our lovely colleague Katharina from Human Care is heading out for parental leave, we now have an empty spot waiting for its next rightful owner. This hybrid seat is located in our Berlin or Munich office and the vacancy is (as of now) fixed-term, starting in February 2023 and ending in early summer 2024 (extension or permanent position can potentially be discussed). You probably figured it out already that we're talking about an HR role even though that's not what we call it. For us people are individuals, not resources.
To fill in the empty seat in our team, we are looking for an experienced caring people person who has a strong strategic approach to partnering with business and leadership and experience in organizational development as well as leading a team. Our ways of working are all about agility, and our culture about transparency, caring and trust. Commitment to a no-silo way of working, positivity and a ‘can do’ attitude are crucial properties alongside strong and engaging communication skills. Fluent German and English skills are a must! We value people that are both great team workers and ambitious self-starters with a desire to be part of a workplace with a lean, flat structure, built on a foundation of straightforwardness.
The role of Human Care Lead, Germany will be mostly local and partially global. You will support the local business, supervisors and leadership both in strategic and operational people matters. You work closely together with the German leadership team in planning and implementing development actions related to organizational development, people happiness, engagement, wellbeing, professional development, retention and other people topics. As an experienced Human Care professional you lead the German HC team and will add value to discussions related to overall people management & development in the (global) HC team. As you probably know, deep down the job is all about tackling changing situations, prioritizing and leading yourself in a proactive manner based on your strong professional background. However, to make it easier to visualize all this in your head, your work days could include items like:
To fulfill these tasks, fluent German and English skills as well as a track record in HR are a must.
If you have anything to ask regarding the position, HC team or Futurice as a company, Katharina Stelzer (katharina.stelzer@futurice.com) and Maria Calonius (maria.calonius@futurice.com) are more than happy to answer.
