We are on the hunt for a Senior Tech Lead who thrives not just in adapting to change but driving it, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. More than a set skillset, we value seasoned technologists who are agnostic to technology stacks and can pivot swiftly between them—especially those experienced across the entire stack from frontend to backend, including robust expertise in cloud environments like AWS and Azure.

In this role, you’ll not only craft cutting-edge software solutions within multidisciplinary teams but also integrate these innovations seamlessly into our clients' landscapes. You’ll take charge of projects from inception to completion, architect and deploy sophisticated software solutions, and work intimately with our designers and business consultants.

We seek individuals who are not just experts but also passionate about expanding their knowledge and sharing it. This position is ideal for those who enjoy community building and can energize and inspire their team. Your involvement will extend beyond internal teams to client interactions, influencing project directions and technology choices.

Whether you specialize in frontend, backend, or prefer a full-stack approach, what matters most is your drive to build intuitive, valuable digital services. As a Senior Tech Lead, your responsibilities will include direct leadership in development projects, mentoring team members, and continuously enhancing your own tech prowess.

Highly Desired:

• Profound expertise in Cloud Development (AWS, Azure)
• Proven experience deploying and maintaining complex applications
• Passion for mentoring and coaching developers
• Experience in Data and AI projects
• Fluent in German and English

Nice to haves:

• Skilled in drafting solution proposals for clients
• Contributions to open-source communities
