About the role

As Lead/Senior Process Transformation Consultant you lead complex customer projects in the field of business process development, where AI and data-driven development play an integral role. Your projects will focus on enhancing customer value in for example sales processes, industrial processes or internal service processes development. In your work you create clarity in complex process improvement projects, as well as crystallize the business value of digital and AI/data-driven process development. Typically, you lead and work as part of a multidisciplinary team in client engagements and act as a trusted advisor to our key clients. In your work you can find yourself in building and developing our offering to the market and identifying new sales opportunities and business cases.

Our wide client portfolio offers lots of different project opportunities among a variety of industries, as well as covering many of the biggest listed companies in Finland. We value your previous experience from a wide range of private sector industries and organizations.

Your homebase will be in Finland, either Helsinki or Tampere as your home office. We work in a flexible hybrid way, but actively engage with our clients, and the work requires some travel to meet the clients.

Recipe for success

To thrive in this role, your experiences should include:

  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting, especially in the field of business process development OR background from internal role in lean digital process development within a complex organization
  • Experience and ability to lead projects and small project teams
  • Track record from business process improvement initiatives with focus on customer value in eg. sales process, industrial processes or internal service processes
  • You possess a professional insight into where AI can deliver the most significant business impact and potential
  • Knowledge of process methodologies and metrics, operating model development and change management
  • You have worked with projects in the intersection of business and tech/data/AI
  • Preferably you have some Lean process development certificates, eg. Lean Six Sigma Green or Black belt.

With strong business acumen and comfort with technology, you are able to apply process development methodologies, frameworks and tools into your work when creating value to our customers. You have the ability to identify and frame client challenges and transform those into proposals and project plans that can be executed, and you have experience with building business cases. It’s a plus if you have experience from sales and crafting offers.

We are framework-agnostic, but good command of and eagerness to learn more about lean startup, data-enabled approaches and agile methodologies will help you succeed in the role. You are creative and passionate for solving complex problems, have resilience in sometimes tricky client environments, and are experienced in client conversations and you have an entrepreneurial mindset. In addition, fluency in both Finnish and English languages is a required skill for this role. Therefore, excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills in both languages will be essential in guiding your way, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities!
