FutuCare Managed Services is Futurice’s model for ensuring continuity, support and continuous development of in-production systems. It offers a 360 view to projects, technologies and architectural solutions developed by Futurice’s highly skilled teams in recent years. Our FutuCare team provides high-quality continuous services to our clients, far above and beyond traditional reactive software maintenance. We have over 50 experts working with FutuCare’s services.
About the role
In this role you are in the forefront of the customer experience and client engagements, and driving the sales activities within our wide client portfolio. You work closely with our offering building, internally and externally, and actively bring the Managed Services point of view in our Business Development work.
With us, you get to work with very different clients and industries, as our clients are leading Finnish and international corporations in retail, energy, logistics, manufacturing, forestry, healthcare, media, and public sector organizations. We help our clients to find new ways to prosper and succeed in the digital transformation in an ever more rapidly changing operating environment. Our approach to building and providing Managed Services is focused on high quality, continuous improvement and local service delivery. This permanent position can be located in Tampere or Helsinki.
Recipe for success
We are looking for a digital-savvy business development professional, who is eager to drive the growth of our Managed Services business. As a person, you are excited about exploring the network organization of ours, and build relationships with our clients and internal teams and stakeholders. You speak Finnish and English fluently - also business and some tech as well!
To sum the main things up, we hope you have:
- Experience in advising and leading client engagements and driving company sales activities
- Knowledge of business development, account management, sales, offerings & contracts
- Knowledge of tailored digital services life cycle
- Experience in running and coaching teams
- Business Development experience from software engineering / consulting industry is seen as a advantage
- Experience of Managed Services/Continuous services business would be beneficial - or you have ideas on what would make continuous services great!
