About the role

Our Berlin team is looking for an ambitious, energetic and motivated Sales Development Representative. In this position you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for generating leads and setting appointments with potential clients. Your role will focus on the early stages of the sales cycle, including prospecting, outreach, qualification, and lead management.

This position is at the top of our sales funnel, so you’ll have an excellent opportunity to develop and advance your career in sales development, sales, and consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and identifying potential clients through research and networking
  • Building relationships with potential and current clients, as well as senior executives, by effectively communicating the value of Futurice services
  • Outreach to prospective leads of target accounts mainly through industry events, email and LinkedIn, but also sometimes via phone and in-person to develop new business opportunities
  • Set up meetings between prospective clients and sales executives
  • Collaborating with the marketing team by owning the campaign lead follow-ups and sales qualifying
  • Collaborating with the sales team to ensure similar target groups and a seamless handover of leads
  • Maintaining accurate records of all activities in our CRM (currently Hubspot), ensuring a comprehensive overview of client interactions

Aside of passion and ambitions to grow in the field, the following aspects are relevant for this role:

  • Some work experience in (B2B) sales and/or prospecting or outbound contacting
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software or interest to learn
  • Thriving in a goal-driven environment
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Personal interest in sales development, digital consulting, and initiating outbound contacting and appointment making
  • Proficiency in written & spoken German and English language
