Service Vision Sprint

People love products and services that address a real need. Success is a matter of understanding that need. During a Service Vision Sprint (SVS), we deep dive into the lives of your customers and partners, to understand what is relevant and desired by them. A validated concept that includes both a business case and a development roadmap is the outcome of the sprint.

What is a Service Vision Sprint?

In the first phase of creating new products or services, a Service Vision Sprint (SVS) is used to scope your business and customer needs, find a problem worth solving, explore and test potential solutions.

With SVS, we deep dive into the life of your customers and partners to understand what is relevant and desired by them. From those insights we start building value propositions, high level concepts and business models around them, and identify technical opportunities. We validate the solution for desirability, feasibility and viability.

Getting started

During the 6-8 weeks user-centric sprint, we apply a wide variety of service design methods as well as the Futurice Lean Service Creation model, in which interaction and iteration with the stakeholders are at the core of the process. We produce concrete results from the beginning, so that the validation of the service elements with the users will be as easy and light as possible.

The outcome of an SVS is a validated concept that includes both a business case and a development roadmap.
