Lean Service Creation (LSC) Workshop: Future financial services
We’re taking part in the London Design Festival. We’re hosting a free evening workshop, with Company Culture Engineer Prof. Risto Sarvas and Advisory Global Principal John Oswald. You will learn the basics behind Futurice’s Lean Service Creation (LSC) methodology as well as how this can be specifically applied to specific financial services industry challenges, such as blockchain for insurance or PSD2 for retail banking. LSC is a design process, set of tools, and handbook that combine the best practices of Service Design Thinking, Lean Startup, and Agile Development.
Over the session you’ll learn more about LSC and take part in an intensive workshop as well as meeting with other members of the London design community. You’ll also get the chance to try out the methodologies to help solve real world problems.
