Now and in the future, customer-centricity is the ultimate competitive edge for B2B or B2C products and services. Ahto'17 is a one-day Lean Service Creation workshop where Finnish SMEs and other organisations come to update their product and service design processes to meet the needs of a new age.

Lean Service Creation is a service and product design methodology developed by Futurice, based on experience gained and best practices learned in over 2000 completed projects. It brings together the best bits of lean startup, user-centric design and agile development.

At Ahto'17, 500 people representing Finnish companies and other organisations work together with experienced facilitators from major Finnish corporations like Sonera, Posti and Wärtsilä. They use LSC in their work to solve real business problems.
