Digital strategy for Kesko Food


Helping Kesko Food formulate a digital strategy for better serving their customers.

The goal:

Kesko Food, one of Finland’s leading supermarket chains, wanted to build a digital strategy that would serve its customers in both the short and long term.

The process:

Kesko Food briefed the Futurice team on all facets of their business, their customers and their existing communication channels. Armed with a clear guiding vision, implementation of the digital strategy started right away with multiple development projects. A set of digital service concepts were designed at the Futurice headquarters, which were further improved during workshops with Kesko Food stakeholders.

The result:

The team at Kesko Food now have a solid and up-to-date understanding of what’s happening in the digital and mobile world, and this new knowledge and digital mindset can now be spread throughout all levels of their workplace. Along with the results of the workshops, Kesko Food was able to build a digital strategy to serve its customers both in the short and long term.
