We’re looking for a Talent Partner to join our team at Futurice UK, due to significant company growth. The people make Futurice a special place to work, as such, finding smart and collaborative talent is business critical to continuing our growth path. By supporting the end-to-end process of sourcing, hiring you will ensure the candidate experience at Futurice is the best it can be.

We’re a team of designers and software engineers working to create a progressive environment, culture and capability in the UK market. We’re working with some highly respected brands who value our ability to bring together design and engineering and get things to market quickly, while building their capabilities in tandem. Currently we run almost all of our client and team sessions remotely, but we expect all employees to be within reach of London for regular full team sessions.

This role will be a fixed term contract for 12 months.

What you are responsible for

  • The full lifecycle of recruitment and talent pipeline: market research, sourcing, screening, organising and managing interviews.
  • Providing a positive candidate experience. You’ll set candidates up for success by guiding them through the hiring process, keeping them updated in a timely manner and providing helpful feedback.
  • Helping shape the organisation's culture by collaborating with colleagues and hiring managers to identify and attract great people, from diverse backgrounds.
  • Building a talent pipeline, through networking and community building, events, sourcing strategies and collaborating with hiring managers and wider teams.

What you'll bring

  • Experience. You’ve gained solid recruitment experience from working either in-house or in an agency and have developed some effective practices for identifying and converting talent.
  • Knowledge of the tech industry. You have a good grasp of the technology industry and engineering community and have experience in sourcing tech/engineering roles
  • Foresight and planning. You are able to maintain a pipeline of engaged candidates for open and future roles. You are able to identify risks and opportunities in the horizon that could impact scaling and/or our employer value proposition.
  • Creativity. You have developed innovative ways to engage passive talent across a breadth of practices (tech, design, strategy, delivery, commercial)
  • Care for culture. You’re a great listener who can empathise and balance business needs with what candidates need to perform at their best. You are able to identify talent that will grow and provide an engaging candidate experience.
  • Collaboration. You enjoy collaborating with colleagues and hiring managers to consistently identify and attract brilliant people.
  • Learning mindset. You constantly evaluate feedback and look for ways to improve. With a natural ability to problem solve and overcome challenges, you are able to remain calm under pressure.
  • DEI advocacy. You care about finding talent from underrepresented groups and advocate for culture growth, providing a welcoming and inclusive experience.
  • Comfort working in a flat hierarchy. You enjoy organising sessions to promote engagement in recruitment.

We usually follow the following format for interviews, currently all held remotely: - 30min video/telephone introductory call with our Talent team - 1hr interview with 2 people from the team - 1hr interview with 2 directors

Salary: £35,000-£55,000
