Futurice is looking for a Client Relationship Developer to support our German business team. The team exists for one important reason: to engage with qualified leads from a variety of industries as well as cross-industry expertise fields and bring interesting new clients to Futurice. As a Client Relationship Developer, you’re at the forefront of these activities, actively connecting with industry leaders, hidden champs, and scale-ups - all concerned with topics around innovation, digitalization and data. It’s a great role if you want to develop yourself within B2B sales and digital innovation topics.

We are looking for a Rockstar to join our team to:

  • Spot promising target companies and key decision makers

  • Uncover customer needs and challenges, understand business processes, and identify opportunities

  • Match those with Futurice’s broad offering in digital tech, design, data, strategy, and culture

  • Compose and tell compelling stories and messages that get prospective buyers hooked

  • Schedule opportunities for the team to engage with prospects

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to continuously improve our lead generation and outreach strategies

  • Use LinkedIn, Outreach.io, Hubspot and other digital sales tools to run prospects through every step of the sales cycle

  • Qualify incoming leads according to the company strategy

We obviously help you learn and grow, but you’ll do great if:

  • You are results- and numbers-driven with a touch of creativity (you adapt your approach based on facts)

  • You are empathetic and persistent (you leave the customer with a great feeling while having found his biggest challenges)

  • You can explain just about anything to anyone and have superior communication skills (listening, calling and writing)

  • You get a kick out of getting prospects to that aha! -moment when they understand how they can bring new ideas to life with us

  • You are resilient: being rejected doesn’t kill your spirit

  • You have a sincere interest in people and a high degree of comfort communicating with senior level executives via social media, email and phone

  • You are Fluent in German & English

We would be happy if you’ve made some first experiences in innovation consulting, digital topics, sales, or business development, and hold a Master’s degree.
