Futurice is looking for a (Junior) Sales Representative / Client Relationship Developer to support our German business team. The team exists for one important reason: to engage with qualified leads from a variety of industries as well as cross-industry expertise fields and bring interesting new clients to Futurice.
As a Client Relationship Developer, you’re at the forefront of these activities, actively connecting with industry leaders, hidden champs, and scale-ups - all concerned with topics around innovation, digitalization and data. It’s a great role if you want to develop yourself within B2B sales and digital innovation topics.
These could be your responsibilities:
Spot promising target companies and key decision-makers
Uncover customer needs and challenges, understand business processes, and identify opportunities
Match those with Futurice’s broad offering in digital tech, design, data, strategy, and culture
Compose and tell compelling stories and messages that get prospective buyers hooked
Schedule opportunities for the team to engage with prospects
Collaborate with sales and marketing to continuously improve our lead generation and outreach strategies
Use LinkedIn, Outreach.io, Hubspot and other digital sales tools to run prospects through every step of the sales cycle
Qualify incoming leads according to the company strategy

You are empathetic and persistent (you leave the customer with a great feeling while having found his biggest challenges)
You can explain just about anything to anyone and have superior communication skills (listening, calling and writing)
You get a kick out of getting prospects to that aha! -moment when they understand how they can bring new ideas to life with us
You are resilient: being rejected doesn’t kill your spirit
You have a sincere interest in people and a high degree of comfort communicating with senior-level executives via social media, email and phone
You are Fluent in German & English
We would be happy if you’ve made some first experiences in innovation consulting, digital topics, sales, or business development, and hold a Master’s degree.
