This desk is located in our Stockholm office and the vacancy is permanent, starting as soon as possible. You probably figured it out already that we're talking about an HR role even though that's not what we call it. For us people are individuals, not resources.
To fill in the empty seat in our team, we are looking for a caring people- person who has already experience in various HC tasks. Our ways of working are all about agility, and our culture about transparency, caring and trust. Commitment to a no-silo way of working, positivity and a ‘can do’ attitude are crucial properties alongside strong and engaging communication skills. In your role as Human Care Specialist, you will work closely together with the leadership team in our Stockholm office and our global HC team. As you probably know, deep down the job is all about tackling changing situations, prioritizing and leading yourself in a proactive manner based on your strong professional background. However, to make it easier to visualize all this in your head, your work days could include items like:
Full employee life cycle support, from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between.
Working closely with our local partners, e.g. payroll and legal, to ensure that HC operations in your functions are running smoothly and compliantly.
Employee document administration (e.g. drafting and updating employment agreements, handling employee benefits, reference letters, and other people-related documents).
HC system updates (we use Personio), and associated people data quality management and reporting
Being the first line of support for HC-related inquiries from team mates
Recruitment activities from headcount planning into onboarding activities
Participating in selected global HC development projects according to your interest and expertise
Here are some practical things that would definitely help in this job:
At least 2 years working experience as an HR specialist
Experience with HR administration & recruitments
Superior attention to detail
Fluency both in Swedish and English
M.Sc. or Bachelor degree in a relevant field
Experience working in a modern tech company
Prior work experience in core HRM process development
Enthusiastic of global mobility and maybe even experience in such matters
One Nice-to-have would be excellent. Two would blow our minds. Three may bring us to tears. Your superpower is not on the list? Surprise and convince us!
