Over the years we’ve built a solid continuous services business in Finland, called Futucare. Futucare focuses on continuous services and small feature development of the services we have built for our clients. We’ve also accompanied it with SRE & Cloud infrastructure team as well as Service Desk capability. At the moment Futucare is a team of around 30 professionals.
Going forward we see Futucare evolving towards more holistic product management offering combining product management, continuous business value exploration, continuous services, cloud management as well as small feature development type of work.
Now we are looking for a person to make this evolution reality and lead Futurice’s continuous product management offering globally!
Your role and responsibilities
What we are looking for is a person who would be leading this strategic change and level up by defining/clarifying our Continuous Product Management offering, strengthening our capabilities and helping to scale the business in our global locations - which include Finland, Sweden and Germany at the moment. In some years time we expect this to be one of our major global offering/business areas!
The Global Head of Continuous Services will work together with the core team, our global product team and local country businesses, account teams and delivery teams.

A wide range of expertise is needed from Product Management & Business Design to Service Desk, SRE, cloud/infra and small feature development
Are you the leader we are looking for?
To succeed in your role, your strong networking and team player skills are essential. No change is done alone, and in this one you will be surrounded with talented teams and a versatile client portfolio. You have prior expertise from successfully developing and scaling Continuous Services business and you understand what it takes to develop and maintain modern digital services platforms. Most importantly, you have the vision on what it takes to deliver continuous services in a modern way, and ability to turn this vision into offering and go-to-market strategy as part of Futurice’s whole offering framework!
In addition, we appreciate:
Experience from global working environment & how to get results in network organization
Experience from working with IT departments and collaborating CIOs
Experience form continuous services business models and contracts
Willingness to do hands-on sales / go-to-market work together with local account teams
Understanding of public cloud, infra, information security as well as SRE (site reliably engineering) foundations is definitely a plus
Prior experience from building own IPR to support / complement consultancy services is a plus
