We are looking for experienced Cloud Consultants to join Futurice’s Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) services team!
As a Cloud consultant your work consists of 50-50% of internal work and working with clients and depending on the clients needs and your personal preferences you get to
guide clients through their cloud journey
solve complex client problems they might have during the journey
translate business needs and requirements into solutions and technical design and work as a project lead for migration, SRE or cloud ops projects.
facilitate discussions and workshops with clients
work as a trusted cloud advisor for clients and open doors for future work
participate in internal cloud, DevOps and SRE competence development work
share knowledge and best practices across team borders
participate in sales cases as an expert and keep good care of our offering development and participate in the recruitment.

Who are we looking for?
As you will be working with a new managed services business, you should have understanding and the passion for operations. Especially, how to help enterprises to take advantage of agile, DevOps and SRE methods not only in digital service development but also in operations and thus ensure that all the business, IT and developers would be happy.
We see that many career journeys will be suitable for this role. So you can have Cloud specialist experience with proficiency in some clouds. Or you can have business understanding with a twist of a broader knowledge in the cloud.
You join a team so people and communication skills in English are needed. We consider as a plus know-how about SRE core concepts and production operations, either hands-on or with a broader perspective. It is also worth mentioning if you have experience in multi-cloud management, working in an enterprise environment on a broader scope than just one project or team or if you have experience of changing development and operations culture in a bigger company. It is worth mentioning experience in Kubernetes, security, compliance, cloud landing zones and governance
