Does fostering unique and trusted relationships excite you? Is agile your way of working? Do you thrive in multidisciplinary environments? If this sounds like you, please read on!
In this role you cooperate with a wide network of people e.g. business, management, end users and agile delivery teams. With your ability to lead, plan, organize, and motivate, you help multidisciplinary customer-centric teams to build new digital services for our clients. You are skilled in project and account management and successfully manage complex projects and enable account development. When there’s an opportunity, you’ll enjoy getting involved as a hands-on consultant yourself.
As a professional, you have adopted a true coaching mindset – you know how to utilize agile delivery methods and act as a catalyst yourself. With a business-savvy mindset and commitment to build human centric relationships, you deliver outstanding impact and long-term value to our clients. You are at your best in helping teams and clients to find new ways to change, prosper and succeed in a rapidly changing business environment.
In your work you’ll get the opportunity to work alongside some of the world’s best consultants and professionals across software engineering, design and digital business advisory. We’re looking for someone with experience in leading agile projects. Maybe you’ve got a Master’s Degree in IT, Management, Software Production or Business. Or perhaps you’ve acquired equivalent skills elsewhere or in other ways. We’d be particularly interested in those with experience working with or around software development, design, data science or agile development work. It could be none of those things – tell us why you’re the right person. We’re listening.

Experience in sales and account development
Practical, professional level understanding of the tech landscape and what it takes to build digital services
Some actual consultancy experience within tech/data/design
Hands-on experience in coaching clients in agility
Collaborative approach with the team, client, sales, and the wider office
Ability to manage the pitching process
An understanding of client briefings and how to qualify opportunities
German language skills would be very helpful
A learning mindset
We expect you to understand the tech landscape and what it takes to build digital platforms, products and services for demanding clients. Experience in leading projects is essential, either as a project lead/scrum master or as a product owner.
Finally, it is very important that your mindset fits with Futurice’s culture and organisation. That doesn’t mean we’re all the same. In fact it’s the opposite. You’ll need to be comfortable as an excellent team player in our highly social, silo-free and transparent organisation. We’ve removed – or never had – many boxes, constraints or restrictive functional roles and we’d like someone who is ready to thrive in a work culture that values freedom and mutual trust.
