Futurice Munich is looking for a Junior UX designer to join our international team of digital service creators.

As Junior UX designer, we expect you to be able to shape the user experience for digital services together with more experienced designers, work as a member of multidisciplinary design & development team to polish the final product to deliver the highest standard of UX.

Individuals are given the freedom to deliver the highest-standard of work in the best way possible. You might take part in co-creation sessions and workshops with our customers, as well as work closely with other designers and developers to create game-changing digital services.

Skills we are looking for:
- 0 to 2 years of working experience in creating interactive user experience for digital services
- A good understanding of users and usability
- Digital service UX concepting skills
- UI design skills (wireframes)
- Ability to produce rapid and high fidelity prototypes to describe the behavior of concepts
- Ability to plan and carry out design insight work with users
- A passion to learn and grow
- Enthusiasm for digital design best practice, new interaction models, design standards and emerging technologies.
- Visual design skills (graphics) and production of pixel-perfect visual designs are a plus
- Understanding of code and agile development is a plus
- Fluent communication in our company language English. German skills are a plus
