We are looking for a part-time HR Coordinator (m/f) to join our team in Munich
As a HR Coordinator you will assist, organise and coordinate practical HR matters together with our HR team in Germany and globally. On concrete level this involves things like pre-screening applications, booking interviews, taking part in employer branding activities, coordinating trainings and events, supporting our new joiners and expats, keeping HR data updated, working with external vendors and taking part in our global HR projects.
You will also make sure things run smoothly and our office is a pleasant environment for our people to work in. You are taking a proactive approach to your work and improving the office environment in ways that no one else can, as of yet, imagine, as well as fixing potential problems before anyone else sees them.
You are recently graduated or an HR admin/office management expert, both fine. The most important things are that you are nice colleague, you have passion of learning and "get things done" attitude.
What else we expect you to have:
Fluency in written and spoken German and English and the ability to express yourself clearly and concisely
Interest in Human Resources and recruitment
You’re a team player and able to work independently
You are an organised person with a proactive, friendly and service orientated attitude
You are used to work with MS word, excel and and the common technologies that supports you in your office management
Previous experience with similar tasks in an international professional services company is an advantage
