London Design Festival: Lean Service Creation (LSC) Workshop

LDF: Lean Service Creation (LSC) Workshop

Futurice London, 4th Floor 26-28 Underwood Street
N1 7JQ

Come along to Futurice London and attend one of our events designed to showcase new digital service design tools and techniques. This session will focus on our Lean Service Creation (LSC) methodology: a design process, set of tools, and handbook that combine the best practices of Service Design Thinking, Lean Startup, and Agile Development.

What makes this process so special? It is the embodiment of our company’s 15 years of experience in creating digital services. We have consolidated our expertise into a set of tools, which we've iterated and validated for the past two years. We have used it in over 40 commercial projects, in tens of training workshops, and in university design teaching. We use the methodology in our own projects, our internal training, and in doing our business.

This is a free event, and is now sold out - you can check the event page here, to see if any places have been released. If you have any questions or would like to add yourself to the waitlist please contact Katherine Shenton at

If you didn’t manage to secure a place at our free LSC taster event, we’re offering a two-day workshop, in which you’ll get the chance to solve a real-problem through this super-accelerator programme. You can find more information about the event here.
