Futurice is organizing a track at the Junction Hackathon with a Futulabs theme. The aim of the track is to give hackers a chance to try out new technologies and create new services using these new devices.
Junction is a 48h hackathon organized to bring together 500 of the best hackers and designers from Europe and all around the world for a weekend of hacking. Participants compete in a range of tracks focusing on industry-specific themes in teams of 2-5 people. The goal is to create applications that solve real world problems by combining different APIs and hardware platforms present at the event.
Kattilahalli, the former boiler hall at Suvilahti, will be buzzing with creative minds on 6 - 8th of November. With 48 hours on lockdown and 500 hackers and designers under one roof, Junction is truly set out to leave a mark on this world.
Junction is a part of Slush Hacks, a congregation of hackathons that will be organized just before the Slush conference. The winning team of each track will get to pitch their hack on stage at the Slush conference on the 11th of November.
